Bermudian footballer Shantia Berkeley and her Durham College teammates continued their impressive run of form with a 3-1 comeback victory over the Cambrian Shield at Vaso's Field, stretching the Canadian college side's winning streak to six consecutive matches.

After a scoreless opening half, Durham found themselves trailing early in the second period when Cambrian broke the deadlock in the 48th minute. The hosts responded midway through the half, drawing level in the 65th minute as Samantha Chatwood provided the pass for Isabel Sullivan to finish. Chloe Hercia then put Durham ahead, and a third goal sealed the result as the side pulled away late to secure all three points.

Berkeley, who has been featuring for the Ontario-based programme, continues to gain valuable experience in Canadian collegiate football, adding to the growing list of Bermudian women competing overseas. Her progress abroad is being watched closely back home, where local football officials have pointed to overseas college opportunities as an important pathway for developing the island's young talent.

The victory keeps Durham's momentum rolling as the season progresses, with the team having now won six matches in succession. Berkeley and her teammates will look to extend that streak further in their upcoming fixtures as they push for a strong finish to their campaign.
