Bermudian coach Daizhari Tucker saw his Worcester Raiders side held to a goalless draw at home against Bristol Manor Farm in Southern Football League Division One South action on October 13.
Tucker, who serves as first-team coach at the English non-league club, watched his team keep a clean sheet but fail to find a breakthrough in front of their home supporters. The point keeps Raiders in mid-table, with the club sitting ninth in the division standings.
The result continues a respectable campaign for Raiders, who are competing at Step 4 of the English football pyramid for the first time after earning promotion from Step 5 last season. Adjusting to a higher level of competition, the club has shown it can compete with established sides at this level.
Tucker's role with the club represents another example of Bermudian involvement in English football, as the island continues to produce coaches and players making their mark overseas. Raiders will look to convert their solid defensive displays into victories as they aim to climb the table in the coming weeks.
