A new group exhibition titled Atlantic Voices is set to open in Bermuda, bringing together six contemporary artists from across the Caribbean and Mid-Atlantic region. The show is a collaboration between Black Pony Gallery and the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art, two institutions that have increasingly worked to position the island as a hub for regional artistic exchange.

The exhibition features an international roster, including Leonor Almeida Pereira, known as Loope, who hails from the Azores, alongside Bahamian artists Jason A. Bennett and Sue Katz. Bermuda is well represented with three local artists: photographer Meredith Andrews, painter Abi Box, and veteran artist Charles Zuill, whose decades-long career has made him a fixture of the island's cultural landscape.

Organizers say the exhibition aims to highlight the shared histories and creative dialogues connecting island communities across the Atlantic, with Bermuda serving as a natural meeting point between the Caribbean and the islands of the North Atlantic. The mix of emerging and established voices is expected to offer visitors a broad range of styles, mediums, and perspectives.

The partnership between Black Pony Gallery, a contemporary commercial gallery, and Masterworks, the island's leading art museum, reflects a growing trend of collaborative programming within Bermuda's arts sector. Further details on opening dates, viewing hours, and any accompanying events are expected to be released through both venues. Residents and visitors interested in contemporary island art are encouraged to follow the gallery and museum for updates.
