The move follows a comprehensive search process that highlighted Philipsz‑Jones’s extensive experience in strategy, operations and digital transformation across multi‑industry portfolios.

Dr. Philipsz‑Jones, who has served as COO of several multinational firms and holds an MBA from the University of Warwick, will take the helm effective 1 January. Her prior work includes leading a turnaround initiative for a regional financial services provider, where she successfully expanded the client base by 30 % within two years.
