Bermudian cyclist Nic Narraway has added a second medal to his collection at the 2026 Caribbean Elite & U23 Road Cycling Championships in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, taking bronze in the elite men's road race on Sunday.

Narraway covered the demanding 127.6-kilometre course in 3 hours, 12 minutes and 47 seconds, crossing the line with the same recorded time as the silver medallist in a tightly contested finish. The result follows his silver medal performance in Saturday's individual time trial, giving the Island rider a pair of podium finishes at the regional championships.

The back-to-back medals mark one of the strongest outings by a Bermudian cyclist at the Caribbean championships in recent years and underline Narraway's continued development against the region's top elite competition. The event drew leading riders from across the Caribbean, with the road race serving as the closing highlight of the weekend's racing.

Cycling officials and supporters back home are expected to welcome the result as further evidence of the growing strength of Bermuda's road racing programme, with Narraway's performances in Santo Domingo likely to bolster his standing ahead of upcoming international competition.
