Pink Sand, the island’s popular beach club, has announced the release of its 2027 scenic calendar, a collection of 12 photographs capturing Bermuda’s iconic pink‑sanded shores. The club, located on the north side of St. George’s, plans to sell the calendars both in‑store and online, with proceeds earmarked for local beach conservation projects.

"We wanted to celebrate the unique beauty of Bermuda’s coastline while supporting the ongoing care of our public beaches," said club manager Maria Hernandez. Each page features a different vista – from the tranquil sands of Castle Harbour to the dramatic cliffs overlooking the sea – all shot by local photographer Thomas Kearns.

The calendar is expected to be available for purchase in early March, with a launch event at the club on March 8. Attendees will hear a brief talk on beach‑sustainability initiatives funded by the calendar’s sales.

Tourism officials view the release as a timely reminder for visitors to respect the island’s natural assets. "The calendar is a great marketing tool that also raises awareness about protecting our unique pink sand beaches," said Tourism Minister Bernard H. Miller.

The 2027 edition adds to a growing trend of local businesses partnering with environmental groups to promote responsible tourism across Bermuda.
