Eight Bermudian riders have been selected to represent the island at the 2026 Caribbean Elite & U23 Road Cycling Championships, slated to take place in the Dominican Republic later this year. The squad includes Kaden Hopkins, Nic Narraway, Conor White, Dominique Mayho, Alexander Miller, Gabriella Arnold, Panzy Olander and Charlotte Millington.
The Bermuda Bicycle Association announced the lineup in a statement, noting that the team will compete against top talent from across the Caribbean. "We are proud to see our riders stepping onto a larger stage," the association said. "Their hard work and dedication have earned them the opportunity to showcase Bermuda’s growing cycling culture.
The athletes have been training through the island’s modest but challenging terrain, preparing for the varied course that will test endurance and sprinting ability. With the event scheduled for September, the riders have already begun a focused preparation plan, including in‑country rides and overseas training camps.
Bermuda’s cycling community is eager to see the riders bring home not only medals but also heightened visibility for the sport on the island. Local clubs and sponsors are rallying support, hoping the championship will inspire the next generation of Bermudian cyclists.
